Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

   • You received the wrong item.
   • The item received does not match the order placed.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact Us: If you believe you have received the wrong item or an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer support team at Support@oudmaryam.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
   • Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if applicable.

3. Refunds:

   • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your replacement item as per your preference.
   • Oud Maryam will not refund the money.
